Complete with analog I/O, the ChargeCard microcontroller is fully integrated and provides up to 32K EPROM/RAM.  And ChargeCard's small size requites an equally small 50 mA at 5 volts.  Small enough for solar power.  Flexible timers and lots of digital I/O make the ChargeCard a fast fix for many control projects.

The ChargeCard is ideal for data logging, product testing, and integration into portable machinery AND it is code-compatible with the 8051 family of microcontrollers from within RAM, using the monitor provided.  There is no need for a PROM programmer in many applications.  An 8 channel 10-bit A/D, three timers, serial port, 256 bytes of IRAM, and 2 PWM 8-bit D/A channels make this processor platform extremely flexible.

This product is intended as a development 'engine' for 8-bit applications that require a cheap, high-capability processor processor kernel.
